We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless they are damaged or defective (see section 3 below).

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for any reason.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Wrong size chosen

Color preference changed after purchase

Delivery delays or any shipping expectations

Incorrect selection at checkout

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your claim is verified, we may offer:

A replacement item (subject to stock availability)

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to replacement orders, unless the mistake is ours.
